The seat was paid for but given for some different person .

Although I was flying in business class, the feeling, comfort and in general the whole experience was like flying in a low cost airline. Boarding by. Us, no priority to business class passengers. The plane was very old and looked poor and rely old. Seats do not recline. Space between rows very small. No separation between business class and economy. No separate toilet for business class passengers. Of course no entertainment, no WiFi and no charging. Very bad experience

Very poor. Seats like economy class, food unbeatable, no charging, no entertainment, no WiFi, boarding by bus - no justification for calling and pricing this as business class

During the flight, the fleas biting me in the plane.

The 737 lacked business-class seating. It was basically economy plus but with the middle seats left unsold. There were no TV screens but good food and service.

LOT was very disorganized at Istanbul airport with no communication with travelers. Our flight was delayed over and hour and a half and there were no announcements, displays or anything about it. It almost left me missing my second flight!

Flight was delayed by a hour could have been better addressed. Flight was fine with great service by the flight attendants

I didn't understand why I couldn't do a check-in at home

I really like to fly with Lufthansa. It is comfortable and reliable. The crew are polite and sensitive

It was very good, good food good stuff, The toilets were a little stinky.

Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses

No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.

Regular 3 across coach seats in “business” just empty middle seat

The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.

It was pretty bad delays I missed my train in Sweden, twice.

my daughter was throwing up and I did not get any help. The food was such bad quality. the plane was clean and the entertainment was great

Seating 4 hours without the possibility to recline the chair was very bad

Food was awful, it was a cheese sandwich that was frozen, smelled awful. How can you ruin cheese!
