Pros: "I like the airline and the workers are great. I don't like when they charged for luggage that $60.00 each way like round trip is $120.00. It should be by weight is 50 lbs or 23 kilo for minimum and if it is over the weight than it should charged little more price."

Cons: "The flight from LAX was delayed which can happen but they were so dysfunctional in Istanbul that we not only missed the original connecting flight to Tel Aviv but the next two subsequent ones as well. They sent us from one end of the airport to the other and made us wait in 4 different lines before sending us to the next one. Our baggage arrived opened and taped closed and had been rifled through. My 90 year old mother almost collapsed because wheelchairs in LAX and in Istanbul never arrived."

Cons: "What I didn't understand or appreciate was that this flight was supposed to take off at 8pm, as it was already delayed, but the plane just sat on the tar mat until 11pm without any explanations from the crew, no announcements, and most disturbing: not even the offer of a drink of water for the passengers as we waited blindly."

Welcome drink were promptly served but the food choice was still a big no-no. EVERYTHING CONSISTS OF DAIRY PRODUCT THAT I M ALLERGIC TO. When I brought this to the flight attendant's attention, none of them was apologetic and none of them tried to find out another solution to me, who was flying their airline the first time and didn't know the not-so-diverse food option."
My business class seat was broken and inoperable. Thus unless the cushions were removed and the flight attendant ,and man in near seat and me helped push seat to move it was very awkward and heavy it was stuck in one position . After two previous flights that day I was tired. I had to sit with legs over side of seat or Indian style. Besides my back still hurting awfully now four days after returning home , arriving after ten plus hours on just that leg so the trip was exhausting. Also. it was a huge safety issue as no way could seat be put in correct position. So the flight was my worst ever! The wires were loose and one could see had been worked on before as screws were stripped😳 and no compensation offered just this wisp of a flight attendant to resolve and no apologies. What would you think?😳
All of the flight attendants were so nice and helpful except for one lady flight attendant who was really mean and scary. They don't offer drinks enough - and they curtain off the flight attendant area instead of making it available for snacks and water like most airlines do for long flights. The entertainment is so old, screens barely worked.
Some of the flight connections did not board by group members, a bit disorderly! Other wise all good, flight attendees were friendly and professional
The seats do not recline and are very hard on the back. But it was only a 1 and a half hour flight and the crew are very nice and attentive so it’s ok
Pros: "One of the flight attendants was very rude and seemed bothered when I inquired about a meal since I was sleep when they originally handed them out and said that I would have to wait u til the next meal period."

My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again."

How much worse could it possibly get!"

The checking process was horrible (the airport is not properly designed, managed, poor information systems) I will gladly go through the mad house in Heathrow, or long walks at Schiphol, but not interested in Brussels."
