Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour

I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc

Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...

Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

first and above all I liked the crew; everyone was one of a kind, friendly, professional, and eager to help.

Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.

The flight was delayed by an hour which caused me to lose my car rental in Vilnius

All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!

LOT airlines wasn't the best. They had trouble with boarding and they didn't have my information on file the right way. They change last minute details without us knowing and everything was a HOT MESS. Lot airlines also lost my baggae which was the carseat and haven't responded to any of my emails.

Lost my suitcase. And communication was poor. No offers of compensation for over 24 hour delay of bag

The worst experience ever! They never told me I had to transfer my ticket at the ticket transfer counter. They moved me to a flight leaving the next day, which was also heavily delayed. The staff at the airport were rude and not helpfull. I'll never travel with this airline again and will not recommend it

Garbage airline at a premium price. Both ways was unable to purchase seats before checking. Called, messaged on Facebook, and emailed. All three times staff said I could, and gave me form responses on how to, despite providing screenshots/explaining beforehand showing I couldn't. At check-in both times they sat me and my wife separately, despite booking together. Both legs the USB port in my entertainment system was broken. Food is atrocious. Seats are old and uncomfortable, and struggle to adjust. Toilets were like portapotties at a concert.

Would have liked to have Wi-Fi on the longer flight (nyc-Warsaw)

The flight was delayed again. I had a bad experience with Wizz Air, and I don't want to travel with them again.

Wizz is the worst airline in the world, The firm behavior is similar to the Italian mafia, For booking, check in at the desk and not on line that charge 48euro each, the truly that was included in the confirmation is only half way the continuous flight after the connection is not included although ordered together as on flight with one stop,(no direct flight), they asked for another 58euro each, unbelievable behavior of the staff, actually you feel threatened by them, as I said Italian mafia. Last time ever in my life. Keep out of this airline and enjoy your vacation.

Pierwszy raz odbyłam tak pozytywny lot. Uprzejma, świetna załoga. Kapitana lotu W6 1771 z 6.01.2024, pozytywnie zaskoczył wyraźnym kontaktem i ciekawostkami na temat lotu, jak i informacja o zorzy polarnej zachęcając do zobaczenia przez okana. After the flight. Waiting to long to get off the plane

Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.

Was denied to enter the previous plane so couldnt make it to this one

Got rejected to enter the plane because i took calming pills. Im scared of flying and i always take it since 12 years and it was never a problem with other airlines.

Shambolic boarding with ZERO information on why there was a delay. Don't treat customers like sheep. Crew good. Aircraft new. Late departure with minimal information from flight deck.

The flight was 1.30 hour late because of the Police checking 4 passengers. This was not Ryanair fault but was quite ennoying.

Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.

Delayed flight. Received notice from ryanair by email and via app but no such timely information available at airport from monitors or staff

Flight was late boarding was poor. Economy boarded at the same time as premium. No space overhead for my cabin bag late arrival into Paphos.

Perfect timing, perfect departure, lovely crew on the ground and in the air.

3 hours delay, non comunicated until past the time of original boarding, no assistance, witnessed land crew shouting at a passenger

Good flight. Take off a little late but make up the time

very delayed boarding; the crew started the service extremely late and everything felt like they didn't want to be there and do their jobs; the pilot changed her mind about landing :))))))))) and we spent 10 more minutes circling around the airport before landing, eventually!!! lack of communication = lack of professionalism. she could have said 'ladies and gentlemen, due to us having taken off very late, we have lost our landing permissions and we'll have to wait some more', but she chose to shut up. big mistake that reflects poorly on the airline and herself.

Crew was super nice, boarding was fast (all trolleys were asked to be checked in), no entertainment at all, food - well, better if one brings ones own, and, surprisingly, they kept the schedule. This time around - 2 thumbs up.

I liked: Helpful, informative, pleasant crew. Could be Better: Check in. Stowage space General cleanliness especially toilets. Ugh!

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.
