Horribly bag legroom, my legs do not fit even before recline

Honestly. I think that LOT has gone WAY up in their business class service. The food, the seats, the service - all was great.

Excellent service from LOT!!! The entire experience was smooth and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the journey. Everything was well organized, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely fly with LOT again and highly recommend it!

Food seats were good Flight was delayed for over an hour, missed connecting flight, lot automatically rescheduled us to a new flight which was good but lost approximately 4 hours. Not a good way to start a vacation.

Every time I fly LOT, I swear I will never do it again. And changing planes in Warsaw is a horror. Not even remotely organized. I can only feel sorry for the staff who have to put up with it.

My information was stolen, and someone used my card to purchase airline tickets. Everything has been submitted to my bank, and the police. Thank you!!

Although I was flying in business class, the feeling, comfort and in general the whole experience was like flying in a low cost airline. Boarding by. Us, no priority to business class passengers. The plane was very old and looked poor and rely old. Seats do not recline. Space between rows very small. No separation between business class and economy. No separate toilet for business class passengers. Of course no entertainment, no WiFi and no charging. Very bad experience

Very poor. Seats like economy class, food unbeatable, no charging, no entertainment, no WiFi, boarding by bus - no justification for calling and pricing this as business class

The 737 lacked business-class seating. It was basically economy plus but with the middle seats left unsold. There were no TV screens but good food and service.
