LOT airlines wasn't the best. They had trouble with boarding and they didn't have my information on file the right way. They change last minute details without us knowing and everything was a HOT MESS. Lot airlines also lost my baggae which was the carseat and haven't responded to any of my emails.

Lost my suitcase. And communication was poor. No offers of compensation for over 24 hour delay of bag

The worst experience ever! They never told me I had to transfer my ticket at the ticket transfer counter. They moved me to a flight leaving the next day, which was also heavily delayed. The staff at the airport were rude and not helpfull. I'll never travel with this airline again and will not recommend it

Garbage airline at a premium price. Both ways was unable to purchase seats before checking. Called, messaged on Facebook, and emailed. All three times staff said I could, and gave me form responses on how to, despite providing screenshots/explaining beforehand showing I couldn't. At check-in both times they sat me and my wife separately, despite booking together. Both legs the USB port in my entertainment system was broken. Food is atrocious. Seats are old and uncomfortable, and struggle to adjust. Toilets were like portapotties at a concert.

Would have liked to have Wi-Fi on the longer flight (nyc-Warsaw)

My flight was cancelled and I went through hell to get it fixed, with no help from the website I booked it on. My reservation was cancelled AGAIN by the site I booked on without my knowledge a week later. The flight itself that I finally got on was awful. Drunk man belligerent the entire flight, I don't understand how he was allowed on the flight.

Lot still has not refunded me after they cancelled my flight to India!! Kayak had been awful at getting me this refund too. Will NEVER be using kayak or LOT again.

My concern is with Flight: 441 IAH-FRA I was very cramped in my seat and the person in front of me was reclined. I pulled my wallet out of my purse and when finished I did my best to cram it back into my purse. Our flight was very delayed and we were rebooked twice and lots of airport time. As I got off the flight I noticed that I had dropped my wallet( containing all my credit & debit bank cards + 240 US dollars & 240 Euros. I spoke to customer service & Lost &Found. "I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."

Seats were not comfortable and very small room for legs.

Hated the boarding by bus out to the plane. Unorganized and uncomfortable and took forever.

The seats were too close together. My sister is 5ft 9in tall and her knees were against the back of the seat in front of her. She couldn't straighten her legs. It was difficult to get out to go to the rest room. Everything else was good. We were serviced frequently with drinks, water, cookies, two delicious meals, and warm washcloths. The movies we watched were great. The temperature was good and we had pillows and blankets.

Plane left 1 hour and 30 min late due to a faulty gate at the airport . they should have changed the gate immediately and minimize the delay. Due to this fact I lost my connection in Munich and ended up staying 12h in the airport . I got rebooked and for the troubles i got a 15 euro voucher witch is barely enough to buy a bottle of water in the airport . A bottle of water is 6 to 7 euros in the airport a sandwich is 12 to 20 euros . a sleep cabin is 17 to 20 an hour . their compensation is mediocre at least it has not changed the amount in the past 10 years , where the prices since then have . On top of this on my return they broke both of my check in bags another 500 USD damage

Good food but flight was late and I missed my connecting flight.

Seating 4 hours without the possibility to recline the chair was very bad

50 minute of delay on a flight scheduled after 22pm is really annoying. This was even the only flight departing from Frankfurt Hahn on that evening so the delay was inexcusable

It is standard with Ryanair, as FF with Ryanair you dont expect too much, and Ryanair never disappoints. At least it is reliable.

While this flight from Dublin to Venice boarded on time, its departure was delayed by about an hour because, apparently, there were no demonstration kits on board, and we couldn't depart until the safety demonstration was completed. We were informed that we were in danger of losing our delayed slot if Ryanair engineering didn't provide the kits 'soon', which would have resulted in an additional two-hour delay. Thankfully, we didn't incur that additional delay. It's not clear where the source of this problem lies but it needs to be addressed to ensure it does not recur for other flights in the future.

You get what you pay for with RyanAir. This was a €60 round trip from Stockholm and every piece of it was just excruciating, from the plane being delayed by more than an hour, to having to stand out on the tarmac in the darkness at 3C and wind to wait for the plane to disembark its previous flight (why they do this is just cruel), to the crew keeping the lights on the entire flight despite it being so late so they could walk through the aisles and try to sell things. I always say “never again!” after flying RyanAir, but somehow end up getting lured by the prices…

The steward acted impolitely to one of the passengers. Rayanair has to solve the issue of accompanied luggage. It is not logical or fair that someone sitting in the front seats(and he paid for that seat) to store his case in the backseat because a passenger in the backseat stored his luggage in the front !!
