Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour

I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc

Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...

Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

I paid for carry-on bag, but they did not let me take it on board, persuaded to check it in because the flight was full. I agreed to help them out, and they mixed up tag numbers and my bag got lost. I had very valuable things in there, and my whole vacation experience was ruined. I even asked the boarding assistant why the tag number was different from the assigned one, but they assured me it was alright and the bag will arrive to my destination. Nothing arrived of course. Incompetence of boarding assistants cost me the loss of all my things.

Again, delays. That route from VIE to RMO gets regular delay all the time.

They lost our luggage and there has been no news for 5 days. I called their office and they said they can’t help us, we don’t do anything about it.

My flight was changed, you over charged me for a change fee and seats that I did not get, I was out on standby with Austrian airlines. You stile $600 from me.

The problem is with Kayak and Underpricer. You overcharged me for a change fee and for seats that I did not get. You owe me $600

Very nice and comfy flight , and sharp on the time

Schedule and on time departure and arrival were great. The crew was good, but a change in aircraft bumped many of us from our expected seats. It was a crowded flight, but the cabin crew did their best to keep things under control.

Austrian was not the issue. Kayak was terrible The flight was canceled. Frustrating but it can happen. The worst was Kayak's customer support around re-booking. I have chatted with a bot, than with a person who insisted the flight was still on as originally booked. while chatting i went on Austrian web page and told the kayak chat lady that the flight is shown as cancelled. She said she will escalate this and that someone will contact me within the hour. When I have asked her to give me the details of the flight she sees, She gave me the general A to B and return B to A. Totally unhelpful. After two hours I contacted them again, They were still saying the original flight is as scheduled and when I explained again I was told I will be contacted within 2-6 hours. NO ONE CONTACTED ME EVER SINCE! I have than contacted Austrian directly and was rebooked on a difficult flight. Kayak continued to send me irrelevant updates about my original flight. Terrible customer service at time of need.

From all the segments I flew it was the only one I did not get the option to choose ni seat, I did not get the quality of seat I had paid for. Crew was nice, airplane was clean, but no food, only water and a small courtesy chocolate. Everything else you had to pay for.

Austrian airline they cancel my fight , and the couldn’t give me flight , they said only available flight 4th and after , I sacked for refund, even from you KYAK , and tell now no any refund , because what happened I lost more money because I have to stay in hotel and then I buy new ticket

first and above all I liked the crew; everyone was one of a kind, friendly, professional, and eager to help.

Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.

The flight was delayed by an hour which caused me to lose my car rental in Vilnius

All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!

LOT airlines wasn't the best. They had trouble with boarding and they didn't have my information on file the right way. They change last minute details without us knowing and everything was a HOT MESS. Lot airlines also lost my baggae which was the carseat and haven't responded to any of my emails.

Lost my suitcase. And communication was poor. No offers of compensation for over 24 hour delay of bag

The worst experience ever! They never told me I had to transfer my ticket at the ticket transfer counter. They moved me to a flight leaving the next day, which was also heavily delayed. The staff at the airport were rude and not helpfull. I'll never travel with this airline again and will not recommend it

Garbage airline at a premium price. Both ways was unable to purchase seats before checking. Called, messaged on Facebook, and emailed. All three times staff said I could, and gave me form responses on how to, despite providing screenshots/explaining beforehand showing I couldn't. At check-in both times they sat me and my wife separately, despite booking together. Both legs the USB port in my entertainment system was broken. Food is atrocious. Seats are old and uncomfortable, and struggle to adjust. Toilets were like portapotties at a concert.

Would have liked to have Wi-Fi on the longer flight (nyc-Warsaw)

The plane was 5 1/2 hours late. Scheduled for 19.50 take off - Actual take off 01.30am

The flight was delayed again. I had a bad experience with Wizz Air, and I don't want to travel with them again.

Wizz is the worst airline in the world, The firm behavior is similar to the Italian mafia, For booking, check in at the desk and not on line that charge 48euro each, the truly that was included in the confirmation is only half way the continuous flight after the connection is not included although ordered together as on flight with one stop,(no direct flight), they asked for another 58euro each, unbelievable behavior of the staff, actually you feel threatened by them, as I said Italian mafia. Last time ever in my life. Keep out of this airline and enjoy your vacation.

After the flight. Waiting to long to get off the plane

Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.

Was denied to enter the previous plane so couldnt make it to this one

Got rejected to enter the plane because i took calming pills. Im scared of flying and i always take it since 12 years and it was never a problem with other airlines.

Shambolic boarding with ZERO information on why there was a delay. Don't treat customers like sheep. Crew good. Aircraft new. Late departure with minimal information from flight deck.

The flight was 1.30 hour late because of the Police checking 4 passengers. This was not Ryanair fault but was quite ennoying.

Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.

Delayed flight. Received notice from ryanair by email and via app but no such timely information available at airport from monitors or staff

Worse situation ever. Arriving at 4 am with 7 Hours of delay

Flight was late boarding was poor. Economy boarded at the same time as premium. No space overhead for my cabin bag late arrival into Paphos.

Perfect timing, perfect departure, lovely crew on the ground and in the air.

3 hours delay, non comunicated until past the time of original boarding, no assistance, witnessed land crew shouting at a passenger

Good flight. Take off a little late but make up the time

very delayed boarding; the crew started the service extremely late and everything felt like they didn't want to be there and do their jobs; the pilot changed her mind about landing :))))))))) and we spent 10 more minutes circling around the airport before landing, eventually!!! lack of communication = lack of professionalism. she could have said 'ladies and gentlemen, due to us having taken off very late, we have lost our landing permissions and we'll have to wait some more', but she chose to shut up. big mistake that reflects poorly on the airline and herself.
