There was nothing wrong with Aegean. We were very confused about whom to contact, since we booked with Kayak, then got shoved over to Underpricer and some other agency.

From the checking in process making sure that the correct groups board in order, the food on board included in price of air ticket with a special request for dietary requirements, to arriving ahead of schedule and great WiFi connection included on board.

Crew was great, service was good, flight went well. Originally, the flight was advertised with WiFi… including during check in… and nada.

Highlights were the food and wonderful staff. Airplanes were exceptionally clean.

On every Aegean flight it seems, they ask people to check in carry on luggage. That seems to happen less often with other airlines for some reason. The food is very basic for a full service airline. We do not need a meal with trays, but something of higher quality (even just higher quality pies) would be better. The cabin crew was very nice and professional, though.

Short flight. Was not told if there was a kosher option for the snack.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience in business class, which we “won” in the airlines lottery In exchange for a relatively small deposit. The breakfast served at the beginning of this three hour flight was absolutely phenomenal. I would be tempted to fly Aegean airlines on a transatlantic flight in light of this experience.

When a flight has a delay of about an hour it is customary to announce the passengers

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

2 hours delay on the plane causing is to miss our connection

Flying business class but the experience is of economy class

I really like to fly with Lufthansa. It is comfortable and reliable. The crew are polite and sensitive

It was very good, good food good stuff, The toilets were a little stinky.

Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses

No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.

Regular 3 across coach seats in “business” just empty middle seat

The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.

Seating 4 hours without the possibility to recline the chair was very bad

Food was awful, it was a cheese sandwich that was frozen, smelled awful. How can you ruin cheese!

Never boarded the flight, Chatdeal didn't confirm my last flight to SEA fron FRA, resulting in me boarding a different flight to EWR which got delayed and caused me to miss the flight to SEA

A no frills flight wet leased from Czech Smartwings on behalf of Israir. Comfortable seats, polite crew and non existent food and entertainment services. I had and entire row to myself and slept throughout the flight. I loved it.

Everything is good but there was no snacks, they only gave us water without any snacks, check-in online also didn’t work, we had to check-in in the airport

The crow was amazing It was an example of low cost flight.

Online booking is poor. Flight crew are excellent. Would use them again.

The close the front toilet this is not good . They arive not on time is been delay the dont clean the plain . Poor
