An OK hotel in a wonderful village. The rooms are OK, the view from the room is great.
The dining hall looked very dodgy, it was quite a walk to the centre and there was no elevator to the second floor: not nice with heavy suitcases...
It was ok but a little remote from the town...hard to find from the Autostrada..had to take a few trys at it.
Hard to find and a long walk from the town.
more important, no bar or mtg. point. At one time I as was the only guest. It's a long way out of town, comparatively speaking. i.e. storms at night meant no dinner!
Very good hotel for only 2 star. Family run very friendly & helpfull. Bar next door very convenient. Nice to be able to call in for a drink or snack late afternoon or evening & to mix with the locals. Breakfast fine. Nice steady 15 min. Walk down into old town cefalu. We can speak italian, but if not it adds to the adventure.
The access to the beach would have been great, were the steps leading down the hillside not closed off for repairs, forcing one to walk for 20 minutes to reach the sea & sand!!
The worst coffee I ever had the misfortune of tasting was at Al Pescatore. It tasted as if it had been brewed with sea-water.
easy parking, nice view from the room terrace
The breakfast buffet and the location of the street market on Saturday.
The view. The fact that the airconditioner was run by the staff down stairs. There was only a TV in the room. No alarm, no iron and the shower was extemely small.
Basic Facilities, Woken up each morning by train which runs underneath the hotel ! Breakfast food not replaenished once intially set out for buffett
Very good location (although not central) especially if you are with a car.
There are 2 floors in this hotel, however there are no lifts!
The staff were excellent - the rooms, balconies and bneakfast good for a 2 star hotel. Quiet location - good views. The walk into town is an easy 20 minutes on a pavemented country road overlooking the the sea.
