Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and overall cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Many appreciated the convenience to town, ski slopes, and transport services. However, several reviews noted that the bathrooms and spa facilities were outdated or in need of renovation, and some found the pool too cold or lacking in amenities. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service and prime location made for enjoyable stays for most guests.
