Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Chamonix and nearby attractions. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness, and some guests appreciated the breakfast and amenities like free coffee. However, several reviews noted that the hotel and its rooms are dated, with issues such as worn carpets, outdated bathrooms, and cleanliness concerns. While some rooms were spacious and offered beautiful views, others were described as uncomfortable or in need of renovation. Overall, the location and service stood out as the hotel's strongest points.
