It had a one-bedroom suite. The staff was very helpful.
It was very Quiet
The room was a little small for two queen beds
The location was central to everything we wanted to do and getting back and forth was such a breeze, we really appreciated that. We arrived later than planned but checking in and out was super simple and fast.
Unfortunately the elevator was out of service during our stay, no big deal but no explanation was offered and using the stairs was a bit of a hassle with our luggage. We also had a roach in our room at one point which had me questioning the cleanliness.
Room layout, breakfast, staff
We had to ask to have new towels & get our room cleaned and restocked the first day. After that they would do a quick replacing of the towels, soap and coffee but never swept or cleaned.
Very clean and nice staff
Need more breakfast staff to restock. Also a little bit more variety.
Roominess and value for the cost!!
Nice breakfast buffet, although a bit simple
Needs better signage. Hard to find from the street, even with navigation
Rooms are good size with a separate bedroom area and full kitchen. Staff was very helpful , both on the phone and face-to-face. Bed mattress and pillows were really comfortable.
Dining area is really dirty at breakfast time. Especially the floor - food and debris everywhere. Someone needs to be operating a push vacuum every once in a while. The pool area also always had used towels left on the chairs for hours, even overnight.
Location (close to the Interstate but also close to some great hiking trails at South Mountain). Also liked having a kitchenette - an alternative to going down for breakfast.
I didn't love the first room they had me in. It was right next to the elevator, which I could hear. But when I asked that it be changed, the staff was quite accommodating,
Plenty of room staff was great
Breakfast tasted horrible ..pool was filthy.....
The professionalism of the staff during our stay. Very courteous and friendly.
Everything was perfect during our stay.
Great pillows, convenient location to get to race track, better than average breakfast.
carpet was pretty worn, no extra toilet paper in the room and our toilet was nearly detached from the floor. They were apologetic when we informed them. I would think when it was being cleaned someone might have reported to maintenance.
