Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel for its unbeatable central location, making it easy to explore Chania’s old town, harbor, restaurants, and beaches. The staff, especially hosts like George and Gracia, were repeatedly described as exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming, providing guests with local tips, assistance with luggage, and personal touches that made stays memorable. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted, with rooms kept spotless and well-maintained. Many guests also appreciated the comfortable beds and the warm, inviting atmosphere. Some minor drawbacks mentioned included noise at night, lack of an elevator, and parking difficulties, but these were far outweighed by the positives.
