The staff went above and beyond to make your stay feel like you were part of their family . Great food , snacks and drinks all day long .
Having to leave .
Breakfast was great! The location was excellent. The Inn was quiet. Housekeeping did a great job. Room was always cleaned after a morning out. Turn down service was a nice perk. Always provided new towels at turndown service too. Just a lovely, all around Inn.
On the top of hotels in which I have stayed. My friends and I all agreed that we love this hotel!!
The only complaint, which is so minor it is hardly worth noting, was the phone system was not working correctly. We could call out, but the receiving end could not hear us. Lucky for us we all had cell phones.
We were quite pleased with the hotel amenities, staff professionalism, and its atterntion to details. It is a luxury hotel with an international flavor.
Our one comment for change is to change the Church Street address. It is quite difficult to find it.
Proximity to the historic sector; room comfort, staff hospitality; Charleston is beautiful
Meal quality & service at Tristan was below expectations
We enjoyed having the extras included in the price of the room. The champagne upon arrival, afternoon wine and cheese, coffee and cookies in the evening and the continental breakfast were a delightful bonus.
The facility is beautiful and the staff is pleasant and extremely helpful.
Great location to see so much of the beautiful city. Staff were very helpful, hotel is first class. Wine and cheese gave us a chance to meet some other travelers and share experiences.
Everything! It was wonderful.
Address shows, "Church Street", but entrance not on Church.
