The bed was large and comfortable and the spa treatment was the best the wife has had because just the staff evan made her fill relaxed
The bathroom was of poor quality . The room was so big it needed a sofa in there.
Welcoming staff, lovely location and fabulous food. We had a Garden Room which was in a new addition to the old house. It was spacious and extremely comfortable.
The dinner we had was great.
Poorly managed - has great potential but just doesn't deliver as staff are poorly trainged
meals were delicious, we had 2 nights of fantastic gourmet meals, and waiters were very attentive.
cleanliness was over all excellent but the dark coloured bathroom tiles showed up soapy streaky marks from previous guests showers
The staff were very helpful as we had difficulties with room, dinner was very good and service excellent.
The quality of the executive room was disappointing as we had a problem with the plumbing and could not get a hot shower. We were upgraded for following night. Sunday cooked breakfast was cold and the replacement was no better but Monday was good as there were less guests.
