Chengdu hotels near Renmin Park

Cons: The pictures show some kind of rooftop area for chilling out on. When I stayed there was a lot of construction going on and there was no roof access, which to be honest was highly disappointing. It was basically just the reception, indoor lounge area (mainly in a 'dining table' setup), and a load of dorm rooms. Really would have like to go on that roof..!

Cons: They need to fix their spa facility so that guests don't need to go to neighboring hotels to get that service.

Cons: Front desk staff not extremely friendly. Outside traffic (horns) a bit annoying.... Not bad enough to ruin the trip.

Cons: Very limited amount of English language TV channels Lobby seating is very uncomfortable No fitness room

Cons: Elevators require room cards and are fidgety

Cons: We could not get into elevator with the sugar and wine conference going on. And there was no designated entrance and elevator for hotel guests. The entire sidewalk to lobby was full of conference goers and marketers. It was very stressful for guests to navigate and our blood pressure instantly went up each time we entered the hotel. Also there was no clear service provided to guests since there were so many people. We had no assistance getting a cab etc. Their rooms were tiny with a very hard beds so we had backaches for two days. Also the conference goers were smoking in rooms and airing them out by leaving their door open. Our non-smoking room smell like smoke at times. Not a great experience.
