Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to restaurants, shopping, and major attractions. Some guests appreciated the friendliness of certain staff members and the comfortable beds. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as issues with room maintenance. Service was often described as unprofessional or lacking, and several guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast quality and availability. Overall, while the location and some amenities were highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast offerings.

Pros (+) The pool was great, room was nice
Cons (-) A staff member was rude, took 2 trip down stairs and an hour and a half to get towels, there were dogs unleashed walking the hotel with owner, no ice machine, they had ice bags in this fridge and there were only 5 of them at a time in there.... pricy food option, pillows flat, and again bad staff
