Cons (-) Smoking allowed just outside front entrance, construction materials in walking area in lobby for stair edging for re-carpet (almost fell, did not see) , refrigerator door on backwards, staff said all were on backwards. Only one outlet available for computer near desk (2 needed or a power bar) . Seedy guest, men walking around with pants pulled down below their butts, low class.
