We arrived to a room with a broken toilet seat and a refrigerator that froze a bottle of water at the lowest level.refigerator had a broken control. The bottle shattered, leaving water and glass in our room. The shower had to be regulated at all times since the temperature would spike from hot to cold. Window screen in tub room was missing so mosquitos entered. AirCon was weak.
This hotel is in dire need of thorough maintenance. Many areas of our room had cobwebs and diet in the corners of the walls. Unfortunately, I do not think it was a good value. The breakfast menu was the same for 15 days. Very boring.

The staff were great... always helful and making extra efforts to help with all of our needs. Breakfast was also great. A big buffet every morning. Location suited us...about 5 mins by tuk tuk to all the markets etc..We would definately stay there again. Great value for money hotel.

I was surprisingly impressed with this place. It turned out to be the best spot I stayed at on my entire trip to Thailand. The staff are friendly, the rates are good and the atmosphere of the place is quaint and cozy. The poolside was great for relaxing, and the staff were very helpful in booking any day trips.
I once booked a wake up call and did not receive it. The location is slightly out of the city, but it's worth the 5 min tuk tuk to have the quietness and a break from the bustle.
