Pros (+) Some staff were very nice and helpful, specially the kitchen staff. They prepared us very good pouched and scrambled eggs, waffles and pancakes. The days we left early for tours or airport, they prepared us very good food bags with our request.
Cons (-) Some other staff didn't really speak English and it was a little frustrating trying to communicate at the Reception. The fan- A/C was installed to hit you in the face, and My husband and I ended up with a bad cough. We were in our honeymoon and we had a King bed but it was actually 2 twin beds, not the best. Also, the pillows were really hard, every morning we woke up with torticollis (neck pain)....
