Clean, Safe, Excellent Location.
Not the cheapest option in town, but an excellent launching-off point to explore the rest of Chiang Mai, whatever the length of your stay.

Great place to stay
Location, very clean, great costumer service, they speak English, both owners are very nice and help a lot with any question that we have. Hot water and new towels every day. Laundry service is cheap only 35 bath I think per kilogram. They have great maps.
I was in the fourth floor, but I have a great view. Everything was great
