The hotel was very central and close to all amenities. We also found it very friendly and great value.
The location. Situated in city centre.
The rooms are very compact hardly space to move around.
Excllent location, helpful staff
cramped rooms, wifi charges atrocious
Internet access in my room.
no bell boy to help with bags
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was excellent, close to Cathedral Square, I-Site, shops etc.We stayed for 5 nights and when we moved on to Kaikoura for a night the hotel stored our main luggage free of charge. Would definitely stay there again - great value for money.
Can't think of anything we didn't like!
The location was very close to the very center of the city.
staff was quick and efficient, friendly and helpful.
rooms are too small, but as we stayed there with a baby and a stroller, it is no wonder...For two people being outside all time it´s ok.
Proximity to central city; ease of paid parking; simple and straightforward service; clean and modern
We booked in April, but on arriving with our booking forms for our stay in December, it was clear our booking had not been registered or had become lost. Notwithstanding that, in a bout 20 minutes a rom had been found and our holiday commenced.
The friendliness and warmth, the attention to guests
there was not enough car spaces on our first night, not a criticism just a comment really
