Pros (+) Very friendly staff and so close to many things. Walk to the lake and shopping. Beautiful park one block away. Good nearby restaurants. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
Cons (-) We were surprised that the front office closes at 10pm. However, we called and someone came over to check us in. The amenities were minimally adequate, so make sure to bring your own.

Pros (+) Located in the heart of downtown this hotel is within walking distance of entertainment, shopping, and the beautiful lake. Our minor housekeeping issues were resolved quickly and efficiently by wonderfully friendly staff. The hotel was quiet at night which allowed us to get a great night's sleep in our clean, comfortable beds.
Cons (-) Onsite parking was limited, we got a space because checked in early in the day but late check-ins might be relegated to street parking.
