Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the army base, restaurants, and shopping, and some found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities, citing dirty bedding, unpleasant odors (especially cigarette smoke), and poorly maintained amenities. Several guests also mentioned issues with room comfort, such as uncomfortable beds and malfunctioning doors. While a few guests appreciated the quietness and large room size, the negative aspects, particularly regarding cleanliness, were dominant in the feedback.AI-Generated from customer reviews
