“It is an exceptional location, very intimate, very clean with a unique classic design. The owner and the stuff are super friendly and they pay attention to every little detail. On the rooftop of the hotel, there is a small and quiet terrace, with an astonishing view over Constanta, the port and the Black Sea. During the night you can only hear the wings of the birds flying by. Breakfast was customized and amazing, with fruits, sweets, main course, coffee, fresh juice and beautiful floral arrangements ... so romantic! Their restaurant service and food is the best yet, for what we tried in Constanta. Also, first impression with the owner was “wow”. She called us when we were on the road, telling us that she reserved a special room, that suits us the best based on our profile. She was right, the room was like my personality. I simply loved it! Thank you Belle Epoque team for this unique experience!”
