Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, beautiful views, and spacious rooms, which made exploring the city convenient and enjoyable. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness of some rooms and common areas. However, several guests noted issues with the condition of bathrooms, outdated facilities, and occasional lapses in cleanliness and service. Some experienced problems with customer service, particularly at the front desk, and felt that certain aspects did not meet five-star standards. Overall, the location and room size were highlights, but improvements in maintenance and service are needed.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Member benefits,location, facilities
Cons (-) No
Pros (+) Great Marriott hotel on beautiful river front setting. Walkable to all the key sights in Copenhagen.
Cons (-) First time ever a hotel charges a guest for an empty plate.. 76 Dk.. unprecedented! Buying a plate and cutlery would have much cheaper. It's cheap for a hotel under this marriottt flag to be as cheap.
