Hotel Astoria, BW Signature Collection

The architect-designed and historic Hotel Astoria has a first-class location, an exciting history and beautiful design, all with a truly unique style. The atmospheric interior takes guests back to a bygone era, and just like in the old days, guests can look forward to service of the highest standard. If you want to experience the authentic, old and ever-popular Copenhagen, Hotel Astoria is the place to stay. This elegant boutique hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Copenhagen. From here, it is a four-minute walk to the magical Tivoli Gardens amusement park and a two-minute walk to Denmark's most famous shopping street, Stroget. The hotel was built shortly before World War II. Its art deco style is elegant and preserved with an authentic look. The expression is unique, especially with the original revolving doors, the first of their kind made in Denmark. The entire building is also protected. The hotel's soul and charm come not only from its age and heritage, but also from the reception and lobby, which feature a range of historic treasures that highlight the hotel's story. The hotel has 93 rooms, and several have balconies with views of the lively, beautiful old capital. In summer, many rooms also offer views of the world-famous Tivoli fireworks. There is also a furnished outdoor area for hotel guests. Whether you are on a city break or just passing through, it is well worth exploring Copenhagen by bike and on foot. The hotel offers bike rental, and its central location means that 56 tourist attractions are within a one-kilometer radius.
