Pros (+) Location, location, location! The hotel is located in the city center and within walking distance from most of the must see attractions in Copenhagen. Malte, the duty manager, was very courteous, accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The best value for a hotel with privacy for a couple. About 20 minutes by taxi to NCL terminal and 20 minutes to the airport.

Cons (-) Extremely small room. There was not even a drawer. Staff did not give me an extra pillow when I asked for one. There are several bars nearby and they are open until 5 am. Therefore it is quite noisy.

Pros (+) Everything works well in this hotel. Very small rooms but well laid out, great staff, nice lobby and amenities. Absolutely great location, near Ny Havn and Koneg's square-metro stop from airport. Considerably cheaper than other places so happy to forgo free breakfast and large room. Great value for the money
Cons (-) All was great. Long line at 11 o'clock checkout but they have express checkout or you can get extended checkout for free until noon which helps avoid the line.
