good location, 20 min walk from all the sights...
Really bad lighting in the rooms...
Car parking was available. Room was quiet. Meal in restaurant was good value for money but limited menu.
Close to public transport and tourist areas, adequate open buffet breakfast, large size room
Rooms either look to a wall or a busy noisy street, tv has channels in Spanish only
Nearly all the receptionists were friendly and helpful. One was not and very surly.
The hotel room was overpriced for its location.
Having changed our plans at the last minute to stay in Cordoba rather than Granada during Semana Santa, Hotel Averroes offered a relatively inexpensive room a short walk from La Mezquita and the Jewish Quarter during one of Spain's busiest travel seasons.
The staff seemed highly irritated to answer questions about the area in either Spanish or English. Walking past any number of local pensions, I regretted not doing more research about what was available in Cordoba before settling on the Averroes.
Comfortable with nice staff.
No elevator from garage
Clean rooms, good location
Noisy some nights (with lobby taken over by various guests and their children until 2am; facilities occupied by various people there for a party)
excellent breakfast & good value dinner
our room overlooked the old town and courtyard which was nice
room a bit small
The room was clean and comfortable.
