Pros (+) The location is terrific. The window of our room opened towards Mezquita with its glorious view. The staff went beyond their call of duty to help the guests. The front desk staff helped us with places to visit, reserved spots for events, helped booked taxis, etc etc. The room were also spotless and the lenin was changed regularly.
