Staff friendly
All staff are very friendly and kind. We are comfortable during stay.

The staff was most helpful and accommodating. They spoke English very well and were courteous. The Breakfast bar was above expectations and the location fabulous. I would highly recommend this facility.

Since there was only a few guests at the hotel, we got better room than booked over the site.
In off-season sauna did not work, as well as elevators. The room in the top floor was decorated in attic-style and the roof is quite low - I bumped my head several times.

The necessity to pay a restrain fee at this hotel level, to wait for times for hot water in the shower, to pay the same price for a room in a dependance like in the hotel. Never more!
