An absolute nightmare
I can't think of anything.
My experience with this hotel was horrible. I only picked it because it was close to the bus station, and they tried to move me to a hotel on the outskirts of the city. When I refused to stay at the other hotel, they finally found a room here after a heated discussion. I couldn't believe what they had tried to pull. They also forgot to charge me when I checked out (sometimes I prepay, so I thought nothing of it). Because they only except cash (not even a PayPal account, really?), I had to bank to bank transfer money after getting back to the states. $45 transfer fee. Worst hotel experience ever.
