Exceptional service!
Impeccable service! They made us feel very welcome and special. All of our needs were accommodated: needed to organize a last minute trip to Písac—no problem, amazing 3-course breakfast in bed (with freshly squeezed juice, omelette and sweets)—of course, breakfast to go at 5am—sure, best seats in the restaurant at the peak hour—done. About the white room: it's enormous. There's a kitchen, a huge dining table, a couch, a bath, a bed on the second floor and even a work-out station with weights and a balancing ball. Crazy, and awesome. The room can easily accommodate a party of 15 or so people if you choose, yet at the same the fireplace made it very cozy for just two of us. We absolutely loved it!
The king-size bed in the White room is unfortunately two full-size beds moved together; we had to choose a side. One night there was no hot water, which we were told was common for Cusco. Both were only minor inconveniences for us.
