Pros (+) The location was amazing - it is right on the Plaza de Armas. It's a cute hostel and was affordable. They offer breakfast and have a good restaurant attached to it.
Cons (-) No wifi other than in the lobby. Staff didn't know wifi password. No booking on file even though I booked online, thus they gave our room away. They put us in a 5 bed dorm, where the beds were not comfortable and the pillows were atrociously lumpy.
