The kindness of the staff, the location and the heating.
Breakfast is good, but it could be more varied.

Mario the Bell/Door/Jack-of-all-Tradesman was fabulous and very attentive. The artwork and fireplace in restaurant are awesome.
Our first night was in an Attic Room that did not have window and bathroom not updated. Our other 2 nights were in a beautiful room with bay window and modern bathroom.
