Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near attractions, delicious and varied breakfast, attentive and friendly service, spacious and comfortable rooms, and charming, tranquil atmosphere. Some negative comments mentioned issues with wifi, room darkness, heating, and occasional service lapses, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives, making it a highly recommended choice for visitors to Cusco.

Cons (-) The beds were incredibly hard, we called for towels and pillows several times before they came, they argued with us several times (even after proof was given) about our discount through Expedia and lastly charged us extra fees when leaving for towels which was ridiculous and never disclosed!!!
