The beds were incredibly hard, we called for towels and pillows several times before they came, they argued with us several times (even after proof was given) about our discount through Expedia and lastly charged us extra fees when leaving for towels which was ridiculous and never disclosed!!!

“Incredibly beautiful hotel - both the rooms and the common spaces are tastefully decorated with antique furniture and matching color schemes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Around 10 minutes walking distance from the Plaza de Armas. Only hotel during our two week trip where we actually had hot water in the shower! There's also a bowl of coca leaves for tea in every room, which we found was quite a cute touch. The room was also very spacious.”
