Pros (+) A good size room, comfortable for the four of us. Less than two blocks from the beach. Free breakfast, though it is a different Vietnamese soup each morning so not Western style.
Cons (-) There is construction all around the hotel in this part of town, though luckily it was not to noisy as to be disruptive.
