Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, and beautiful, well-maintained pools and gardens. The resort is especially appreciated by families for its amenities and atmosphere. The on-site restaurants, particularly Byrdhouse, received high marks for food and drinks. However, some guests noted issues with room cleanliness, occasional unpleasant smells, and a breakfast that many found basic or lacking in variety. Room layouts and size were sometimes criticized, and the resort's large, family-oriented nature was not ideal for everyone. Still, the positives of location, service, and pools were frequently highlighted.AI-Generated from customer reviews
