Elevators had issues and long waits, room keys wouldn’t work to access 2nd and 3rd floors from stairwell, rooms were not, no fans in bathroom. Underwent an “upgrade” but more tacky than funky.

Great experience. Will stay again.
I've been staying at this hotel for a conference for a few years now, and have watched the quality deteriorate. My shower was full of insects. The front desk lost 9 hours of a friends pumped milk with no apology. The conference facility was uncomfortably hot over both days, the sound system caused a lot of anxiety for our event.
Pros (+) Great customer service.
Cons (-) Everything was perfect
Pros (+) The art, the restaurant.
Cons (-) The mattress
Pros (+) Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location
Cons (-) Room was not clean (hair in drain, spiders), and mattress had springs and was not comfortable.
Pros (+) Floor themes
Cons (-) Nothing
Pros (+) I loved how each floor had a theme (as it was near halloween). Service was good, room was clean, hotel was fun.
