The art, the restaurant.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location
Room was not clean (hair in drain, spiders), and mattress had springs and was not comfortable.
I loved how each floor had a theme (as it was near halloween). Service was good, room was clean, hotel was fun.
looked forward to going to a concert so the location was wonderful however...a blizzard kept us from getting to Denver and Hilton will not allow any refunds or rescheduling - such a bummer.
allow us to reschedule our stay
Staff was super friendly!
The smell of marijuana on our floor when we arrived was stomach turning. Trying to explain to my 10 year old why it smelt terrible at the hotel was embarrassing. We didn’t have time to express our concerns because we were on a tight schudule. Also, after returning from the ballet there were people smoking marijuana rightout side the entrance. This has been a huge reason we try avoiding Denver because it’s so prevalent everywhere and even businesses are just allowing it on their premises or rightin fro for. Pretty disappointed overall.
Good Price for a Downtown Hotel
Location was great, price very reasonable.
Not as fun and cool as the pictures and description make it seem. Pretty standard hotel.
The lame (and creepy) elevator voices.
Location and front desk cookies. Nice touch.
They placed us in a wheelchair friendly room on a very low floor with an aweful washroom. Which looked nothing like the photos. The elevators are slow and just strange. I’m not that picky but do enjoy comfort. The washroom was just strange and odd.
Funky, fun hotel with great staff
It's a fun concept with theme floors, fun artwork in the walls & a helpful staff. Good restaurant/bar in the building & close proximity to the Denver arts & 16th Street pedestrian mall.
The elevators are tiny & very slow. There are four of them but the staff also uses the tiny elevators to transport large carts & equipment.
In town for FROZEN - nice hotel.
My daughter loved this hotel although she thought the elevator announcements were spooky - the stuff of nightmares. Each floor is dedicated to a specific theme. We had a wonderful room on the 18th floor- overlooking the Denver Arts center. The staff was excellent!
The elevator announcements . . .
Themed floors were awesome, Great amd friendly staff. Amazing brunch restaurant in the lobby.
Half of the elevators were down during our stay. Other than that everything was perfect
More hotel service
the only thing i really liked was that is was close to shops and bars.
I didnt really like anything honestly, i know i booked a double bed room and didnt get it. My sheets were not clean and had dirt stains on them.
Especially appreciated the location, because it was centrally situated in downtown Denver.
Staff very courteous and helpful. Good overall service from reception, in restaurant, bar and in rooms (housekeeping)
Elevators a bit slow
Excellent, friendly, helpful staff; Great look and design; Clean rooms; Comfortable beds!
No hooks or shelf in bathroom to place towel near shower (minor inconvenience, but would be nice addition)
I liked the closeness to the Denver Center for Performing Arts and the convenience of being able to park at the facility.
Funny design, position downtown
I loved the floor themes. I loved that you provide free newspapers and pictionary.
Very nice hotel in center of Denver. Two blocks from main shopping street, and two blocks from Colorado Convention Center. Acceptable price level and all in all a hotel I would recommend and not hesitate to go back to.
The ambience, comfort and free wireless were great!
