Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, making them suitable for families and groups. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, including dirty linens, carpets, and the presence of pests such as roaches. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff being friendly and responsive, while others were unmotivated or inattentive. Overall, while the room size and comfort were highlights, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and some aspects of service.
