Pros (+) Nice enough property - standard Best Western!
Cons (-) I did not realize it was so far from Miami Airport! Waited for shuttle for 55 minutes, and then it took 40 minutes to get to property. Their shuttle did not run early in the morning (5:00am), so they hired a "taxi" for us, which turned out to be a big van - not a taxi. The cost was $40 plus tip to get to airport! Unbelievable. If I had known that, I would have paid more for a nicer property close ...

Pros (+) The room was large and clean.
Cons (-) This hotel is 20-25 minutes away from the airport. Their shuttle only runs until 9:30pm. If you're flight comes in after that, you need to find your own way to the hotel. We took a taxi, thinking the hotel was close to the airport, and ended up with a $40 ride (we should have used Uber).

Cons (-) Found roaches in the room, at night, the front desk did not care to assist, move me and my children. Its been 3 days since I've been trying to return the managers phone call, she is never available. Let alone, very frustrating with 90% of staff who does not speak English very well.
