I stayed in the loft room on the top floor. It was a very nice space even had a small balcony and view. It was a little out of the way but on the tram line and one could walk to the old city along the river.

Near tram stops and the Neustadt train station. 5 min tram journey to the main attractions in old town. Value for money
Staff doesn't speak English but they are polite and helpful

Within walking distance of the railway station and the sights. We were given very good directions of how to get to the guest house. We were given a room with an ensuite bathroom although we had only expected a shared bathroom which was very good.

Very hard to find as there is no sign outside.
