The room was good. The staff was friendly. The wellness center was good as well.
Wifi wasn't good at the room. The kitchen was right below it and there was a lot of noise coming from there, even with the windows closed. The room was turned to the internal patio.

Quality fittings and luxurious room though not generous in size. Very good discount through booking.com meant it was good value. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Superb location for the centre of Dresden. Walking distance of the major sites and shops.
Breakfast was expensive and the staff were overloaded. The service was poor and there was no explanation of the 3 tier pricing structure. The food was good quality but in very small quantities. The hot food selection was limited.
