The Hotel staff should be fired and new one should be hired. We waited for 2 hrs to be served dinner. The Chef was tattooing my fish that I ordered was their explanation. There were only 6 guests at the restaurant! Next morning I want down to bring coffee to the room. I was told that they will bring it. 30 minutes later and no coffee delivered. I had to call them to remind them. What a fiasco of a service!

Altough I travel 50% of my time, since over 20 years, I am seldomly impressed by the atmosphere of a hotel, this hotel has it all, great staff, top location, superb design and a very warm atmosphere. The F&B areas were so well designed that I had the feeling I wasn't actually in a hotel
