Pros (+) Great location Amazing views from my room on 21st floor. In fact I spent a lot of time sitting in front of the huge bay window lookin and the views and enjoying a coffee.
Cons (-) The pillows were not to my liking. There could have been a better selection of tea/coffee. In fact a coffee/espresso machine would have been great in the suite.

Pros (+) Good decent hotel, good overall. Excellent Staff, Breakfast Buffet was good, staff is very friendly all around. Plan on staying in Thailand in this hotel.
Cons (-) Rooms are good, slightly small but very comfortable.
