Great hotel and wonderful staff
Outstanding staff and their friendly service. I wish I could have stayed longer. Binesh Binesh Binesh, really good employee, helped us with luggage, taxi and everything in between. Rest of the staff were so good, understanding as well. Spoke good English also.

The best thing that i have recognised during my stay at Rimal Rotana was the breakfast buffet, i though it was spectacular and the staff were very friendly to an extent that i would recommend my friends to visit it.
The worst thing about Rimal Rotana that the sound profing was horrible, i actually heard the lady that stayed on top of our room while she was walking in her high heals.That was a major problem that i would recommend to be considered.
