Pros (+) Great transport links being next to Metro and Bus station. Good sized room. Location being adjacent to shopping mall for wide variety of food options. Being away from the "Benidorm" type atmosphere of Jumeirah Beach Resort area where everyone is British or European. Good value for Dubai.
Cons (-) Metro station being closed for repair work, but this is only temporary and outside control of hotel. The replacement bus service was very frequent though.
