Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Many also find the price reasonable for what is offered. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, old furnishings, and even insect problems. Service is often described as minimal or unfriendly, and several guests mention issues with amenities such as missing toiletries, broken fixtures, or lack of air conditioning. While the location and price are positives, cleanliness and service need significant improvement.
