Clean room, free upgrade room, discount price for the breakfast.
Wish they could give me a discounted parking fee. The shower is weak a little bit.
Loved the location. My son loves sushi and this street was sushi heaven. The hotel room was also very comfortable. The breakfast was great.
When I got there they informed me that there would be an up charge because the room they had for me did not accommodate the number of people on my reservation. Am still trying to figure out if I paid twice for the room There is also no concierge and the staff is not overly friendly. However, they are very competent and pointed us in the right direction to get the information we needed.
Nice rooms and the hotel itself - quality material, not worn out. Really good. We did not try the restaurants in the hotel but they seem serve gourmet food. Public parking is very convenient just underneath the hotel (24eur per day). Hotel is about 7 minutes stroll from the shopping area.
Internet is very expensive - come on, this is 21st. century, internet should be included in room price, just like hot water is! The Spa of the hotel is rather small and we found it to be on the coldish side - but anyway, especially in a day time, the view from the top of the building is nice. Also the elavators - I don't understand why hotel building designers always hide stairs - not all hotel guests are not physically fit to walk up/down the stairs, and waiting long time for the elevator in peak times just to go a few floors really makes no sense.
Very clean room and quick response of staff
The hotel was ideally located. 5 minutes to the shops on one side and 5 minutes to the train station on the other side. It was extremely clean, warm and very nicely decorated. Would recommend for short stop stays
The breakfast is a pricey for what it is.
The staffs at front desk were not sufficient for the guests in the morning and the night.
This hotel situated near the shopping area.
The hotel is very old and we had only 1x shampoo and 1x soap in the bathroom. Is this ***** Hotel ?
no enough restorant & iron not available in the room !
