Pros (+) Location is OK. Not too far from where stuff happens (main station mainly), but not a particularly nice area by itself.
Cons (-) The room we were given smelled very strongly of cigarette. We immediately complained but the only member of staff there at the time told us the hotel was fully booked for the night so we couldn't switch rooms. He said he'd get back to me once he spoke with the owner, but he never contacted me, neither by phone or by knocking on our room. We ended up sleeping with the windows open, but the smell wa...

Cons (-) When we booked, we were not asked if we wanted a breakfast included. In every single hotel we were the days before, all breakfasts were included, so we forgot that in this one it wasn't the case. The asian girl in charge of cleaning the dining room waited for us to start our breakfast to ask for our "breakfast card". Obviously we didn't have it.
