The staff were fantastic could not do enough to help. Always very polite and very very helpfull. They made the stay a pleasure.

It was a last minute booking prior to Medica - flexibility.
The location, it was a bit far from the City centre.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist spoke English and provided a warm welcome.
The location of the hotel was good however my room looked out onto four lanes of traffic, a tramline and a train went past regularly nearby. So it was a little noisy, sadly as everything else was great.

“The location was comfortable, very clean hotel with nice staff.”
“Staff during check-in (owner I think) was very welcoming and helpful. There's a metro station just outside. Rooms were bright comfy and clean, clear level above a Hostel, which isn't always the case.”
