If you want to ave fun at the bars and restaurants of the Altstad neighourhood, this is just the perfect location. It is literally right around the corner. Behind the hotel there is a paid parking for 15€/night, quitte easy.
Just bear in mind it is a budget hotel
The staff was very warm and welcoming. They are the single greatest strength of this hotel. The rooms are nice/comfortable. The location is awesome! Good breakfast buffet included in your night too. I'll most likely stay here again on any return trips.
I wish they had free wifi but they did not. The rooms were clean-ish but could have been cleaner. No free wifi is my main complaint.
Friendly staff were very helpful. Very large room with plenty of space. Great loctaion for Old Town and shoppoing district
Room decoration is old and tired. Bathroom dated but functional. Inside of wardrobe very dusty, need to clean before it could be used. Carpet stained, comes with age.
Hotel in the center, old town of Düsseldorf. Everything to see is in walk distance. Staff in breakfast room (a blond man) was really nice. Breakfast was simple, but ok. This hotel is not bad to spend a night in Düsseldorf, not more.
Bathroom needs to be renewed, and room redecorated. No views from our room. Everything was quite old. Breakfast room was too small, you will have to wait for 10 minutes to get a table if you go in the rush hour.
The room was large and the breakfast was excellent (it was included in our room price). The location is its best point, being only 3 minutes walk from the old town and river, and 10 minutes from the main shopping street.
The shelves inside the wardrobe was covered in dust, so somebody isn't doing a good cleaning job. The mattresses were not the best.. The receptionist on departure was not very charming and didn't say goodbye and thank you to us.
